AchieveStrong @Home is my monthly membership to virtual and recorded home workouts. Each month comes with a different strength training theme and includes a mix of live workouts (via Zoom) and recorded workouts. It includes access to our private Facebook group where you can find support, accountability, and camaraderie!

This is designed for the beginner/intermediate to strength training (0-2 years consistent experience) who prefers home workouts and either isn’t sure what to do or just wants to be told what to do.
Nope! If you prefer to view the recordings only, that’s totally cool.
Generally, they last anywhere from 25-40 minutes.
Absolutely. I design the workouts using my signature progressive overload system, which includes following an exercise progression/regression system so that all participants can be appropriately challenged.
Yes, you’ll need access to at least a light weight, heavy weight, some resistance bands, a yoga ball, and a bench/couch/ottoman that’s sturdy enough to support your weight.
I’ve been a certified personal trainer (CPT) through American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) since 2013. I’ve been Precision Nutrition Level 2 certified (Pn2) since 2017.

It’s a minimum 12-week commitment, though you can continue for longer than that if you choose!
Both! I really do customize this experience to you, your preferences, your circumstances, and your goals. I’ve had clients who only do home workouts, some who only do gym workouts, and some who do a mix of both!
No. If you’re looking for someone to be there with you during your workouts to check form on the spot, this won’t be the program for you.
Yes, though I will say that if you have absolutely zero experience with exercise of any kind, you might be better suited for in-person personal training at least to learn the basics and to make sure you’re moving with good form.
The application is simply a way to get a lot of the bigger questions asked and answered before we hop on a consult call! It helps me to better organize our call.
